Rooms must be vacated by 11 a.m. Late departure ? Ask at reception. Your luggage can be left free of charge at reception all day.

Free cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before the day of arrival (before 4 p.m.). In the event of late cancellation, no show or shortened stay, the amount of the stay will be charged to the bank card given as guarantee.
The environment is everyone's business. Please let us know if you would like to keep your towels: Towels on the towel rack = I would like to keep them. Towels in the bathtub = I want to change them. In order to limit our environmental impact, your laundry is renewed after the 4th day. If you wish, it can be renewed on request from our reception.
The hotel does not have a safe. Be careful not to leave your money and other valuables visible. The hotel cannot be held responsible in the event of the disappearance of valuable objects left in the room.

You can go to the Vieux Tours “Plumereau” district by taking Bus Line 73 from Boulevard Mirabeau station stop then Tram A.
Do not hesitate to go to the city center, town hall square on foot, you will only have 7 minutes, you will find a multitude of restaurants there. Ask for a list of our recommendations at reception.
